Guelph Junction has more than meets the eye!

This great neighbourhood hosts several small businesses, beautiful parks, and plenty of space to call home.

If you are new to the area or are considering making Guelph Junction your new home, Park Property Management can help you get the most out of your neighbourhood and easily find what you need.

Howitt Park is the gem of Guelph Junction and is located right in the centre of the neighbourhood. This park features a baseball diamond, playground, picnic areas, and a large parking lot. Secluded by mature trees, this park is the perfect place to spend a lazy Saturday morning. There are great nature trails off Silvercreek Parkway South, and just across from Wellington Street West, along the Eramosa River, you'll find the Royal Recreation Trail. This 2.5km paved trail is perfect for walking, biking, and during the snowy season, cross-country skiing.

The Junction is also the home of the only outdoor skate park in Guelph, the Silvercreek Skate Park. This expansive park offers ramps, rails, banks, and stairs all within a well-lit park setting. Other recreation here includes Bristol Street Park, Goldie Park, and Memorial Crescent Park.

Small businesses and local restaurateurs will soon be filling up The Junction, a newly constructed mixed-use space featuring offices and commercial spaces. This 45,000 square foot space consists of three separate buildings, one of which was built using the old CN Rail building. The Junction is directly on the bus route and close to all amenities including the Hanlon Expressway. Look for new restaurants, pubs, cafés, and retailers to open soon.

The Old Quebec Street Shoppes and The Stone Road Mall are just a five-minute drive from Guelph Junction. Restaurants close by include Pizza Trokadero for stone-oven pies, the Japanese buffet at W Sushi, and Lemongrass Thai Cuisine.
