The Community of Thorncliffe is a friendly and welcoming place.
Home to over 30,000 residents, this neighbourhood has a strong sense of community and has one of the highest population growths.
Park Property Management Inc. invites you to explore all that this neighbourhood has to offer.
Nature is a big feature in this community! Nestled next to the Don Valley River, residents of Thorncliffe enjoy access to four beautiful parks and trail systems that are perfect for walking, biking, or exploring nature. R.V. Burgess Park, centrally located in the neighbourhood, is a great place to gather with family or friends and features a playground, splash pad, and picnic area.
You'll find plenty of schooling, thanks to the newly built and upgraded schools in the area. The Fraser Mustard Early Learning Academy is a Kindergarten only school that houses approximately 700 students. Thorncliffe Park Public School is the largest elementary school in North America and accepts around 1900 students each year!
This is a very walkable neighbourhood with major necessities only steps from residential areas. The East York Town Centre has a grocery store as well as lots of great shops and services. Additionally, the Shops at Don Mills, which features premier retailers, restaurants, and a beautiful town square, is just a quick drive away.
Restaurants, bars, and pubs throughout the neighbourhood offer delicious foods, fine dining, and evening entertainment! Our favourite restaurants include Simba Grill and Pasha Restaurant, as both offer unique dining experiences with delicious menu options. Head over to Aroma Espresso Bar for signature coffee blends, pastries, salads, and more in a relaxed environment.
Recreation is easy to access with the neighbourhood public library and the Jenner Jean-Marie Community Centre offering activities and programs for all ages. Other community interests include the Ontario Science Centre, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, and Flemingdon Park Golf Course.
Travelling from Thorncliffe to other parts of Toronto is easy and convenient with major transit stops located throughout the neighbourhood and has direct access to the Don Valley Parkway.
