Grab your skates and take your date ice skating on the Rotary Centennial Pond. Overlooking Lake Ontario, this reflective pool is beautiful during the warmer months, but as an ice rink it offers the perfect way to spend time with your loved one. Skates can be rented weekdays from 5pm to 10pm or weekends 10am to 10pm.
The waterfront pathways along the lake offer a tremendous view. The city of Burlington keeps all pathways clear during the winter months so you can enjoy a long stroll hand in hand, no matter the weather.
Explore the Japanese Garden to view the Cherry Blossoms in bloom from late March to early May. This park is famous for wedding photography, and during the warmer months, there's a small beach perfect for an afternoon dip in the lake!
